Terms of Service

These terms concern NEBULA VAULT from ESOTECH LTD. Updated: 26 October 2026. You must be at least 18 and meet any higher applicable age or local eligibility requirement. Access is subject to the product’s country and state availability policy. Availability is not a legal opinion about every social casino game in a region.

Coins, jackpots, shards, artifacts and other rewards have in-game value only. They cannot be cashed out, exchanged for real-world prizes, sold or transferred between players for payment. Virtual game success does not predict success in real-money gambling.

The app publishes rules, paytables and mathematical return information. Spins and rewards are settled by the server. Random outcomes vary; theoretical return is a long-run mathematical expectation and does not guarantee any session result. The app provides no offline spin mode that later uploads game results.

Purchases are optional and use Apple In-App Purchase. The Apple purchase confirmation shows the actual localized price and applicable charges. Coin quantities are displayed before purchase; paid coins do not expire. Purchases do not alter random odds, guarantee winnings or create ownership of money or real-world property. Do not purchase amounts you are uncomfortable spending.

A cancelled or unverified purchase does not award coins. An authorized purchase may need time to reconcile. Use Check purchase delivery in Boutique or reopen the app with a connection. Delivery is checked against verified transactions to prevent duplicate grants. Refunds are handled through Apple and reflected in the virtual ledger; an already-spent refunded grant may create a virtual balance adjustment.

The app provides published free supplies and goals. Daily supply uses a 24-hour cooldown; expeditions reset at midnight UTC. Seven-day voyage rewards stay available when a day is missed and do not silently restart after completion. The lucky-card creation gift is fixed and limited to once per UTC day. Saving or sharing the card is optional and is not proof of a social post.

Your progress is linked to the guest signing identity in iOS Keychain. Keep access to your device and identity secure. We do not promise permanent recovery using a hardware device number. Do not falsify purchases, manipulate requests, automate abuse, impersonate another player or attempt to bypass access restrictions.

Optional purchases are not needed to use free supplies. You can decline marketing reminders and take a break. Read our Play in balance page for practical guidance. Never treat virtual rewards as income or a way to recover earlier spending.

Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law. Apple’s applicable purchase terms also apply.
